Reservations and policy information
To confirm your reservation you must be 21 years of age. An advance deposit of 20% of the total rate is due at the time of reservation, with the balance and taxes due upon arrival.
We accept a personal check, cash, Visa or Master Card
If your reservation is made within thirty (30) days of your arrival date full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations received more than thirty (30) days or more prior to your arrival date will receive full refund.
Cancellations received after thirty (30) days or less prior to your arrival dates deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook your reservations.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. When arriving in Sitka please call for a possibility of an early check-in.
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need more time please let us know.
