What is the setting for your rental home?
Our rental home offers a quiet, private setting along the water's edge a short distance from downtown historical Sitka. Our guests enjoy a fabulous ocean view of the mountains, islands and the wildlife that surrounds our home. We are privately owned and our home is set-up as a vacation rental. We are fully furnished and equipped to a luxurious standard.
Does the rental home provide cable television, DVD/VCR and/or high speed wireless internet access and a land line?
Yes. We provide high speed wireless internet access, basic t.v. cable, a DVD/VCR and a local phone. There are no movie channels and no pay-per-view available.
How many guests does the rental home accommodate?
Our rental home will comfortably sleep up to nine guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath/shower and a fabulous view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a double bed with a private bath/shower. These two bedrooms are on the main level of the home.
On the lower level there are two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is supplied with two twin beds and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and a walk- in closet. Both of these lower bedrooms share a bath/shower.
What is provided in the rental house?
Our home is provided on a self-catering basis. We provide complimentary starter soap, trash bags and paper products. Once these items are used, it is the guest's responsibility to replenish them. It is not necessary that you replace these items before your departure. All kitchen utensils and cooking equipment are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and ice maker.
The laundry room is furnished with a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board. We provide starter detergent soap and bleach.
On the outer deck we provide a barbecue grill, a fire pit (starter firewood) and table/chairs. We have several bicycles for use during the summer months.
The hot tub is located in a private setting a short distance from the house.
